NDD Annual Road Trip

The NDD Annual road trip came about as a way for our team to take our joy sharing beyond the boundaries of just our Cape Town community. So often, as humans, we find ourselves caught up in our own city, our own problems, our own very mundane lifestyles. At No Danger we believe in shaking things up. We believe in getting out of our comfort zones and having fun in order to make a difference. We also believe that as important as it is to work hard, it is just as important to play hard too. And BOY do we love to play! Our annual road trip aims to do just this. It allows us to share joy, bond as a team, make a difference AND have a whole lot of fun in the process.

We picked 4 tasks off our Living List that we’ve had out eye on for a while, crammed our 7 man team into a schweeeeeeeet ooze-mobile sponsored by Volkswagen SA, and set off into the South African Karoo to see how much fun we could have in a week.

Some of the rad things we did on our adventure:

• Drove 100km in reverse
• Skinny dipped in a roadside river
• Put up a PopUp slippery slide in a rural village
• Tasted every pie at every farm stall along the garden route
• Threw a 50’s party at a retirement village
• Put on a Secret Sunrise in Port Elizabeth
• Did a yoga class on top of the ooze-mobile
